I ordered biryani from Zomato through Naaz Kolkata biryani restaurant. After I received the food the Biryani, the chicken, and the egg as well as the raita were all rotten and had foul smell coming out. I contacted Zomato but no resolution was provided. This is violation of my right to food under article **(right to life) despite being paying my money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
