Yatin Narang filed complaint against Swiggy on Jan 6, 2020
I ordered a couple.of pizzas from a restaurant nearby and the delivery executive called me and said that the restaurant has been closed but next minute another delivery executive from swiggy called and said that he has picked up the order. The payment was made online so I took the order and thanked him but the moment I opened the order, I was shocked as the order was spilled badly and was stinking really bad. The color of the cream was grey and it looked like dust was mixed in that so the moment I tried calling the restaurant turns out I was the last customer or swiggy pushed the order despite the bad quality. I contacted swiggy on chat and they wanted me to share images and I did that after that than I was on call with another executive for ** minutes as they only did one thing was to throw me around and said you need to contact us on email now and after being given stinking food and paying money upfront for that I sent ** images of the items to them and even after that after explaining so much to them they didn't do anything,just pushed me around and did nothing.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
