LLYOD Havells - Srvice not bing provided for faulty AC

I have initiated a service request for faulty Ac (llyod) on may ** but till now no service engineer has attended when contcated the service center they say our service engineer will contact but servic engineer never shows up always saying i will come and come i have raised the request * times still nothing has been done
