my Lloyd Split AC (purchased on ** April **** from a local authorized dealer) which has been malfunctioning since the very first week of installation.
Despite multiple service requests raised with your customer care, the problem persists even after repairs. I also approached the dealer requesting a return or replacement, but they denied responsibility and advised me to contact the company. In turn, the company advised me to contact the dealer — leaving me completely helpless and caught between both parties.
