Sride Carpool - Sride not refunding my voucher money nor extending the validity

Sride team there email customer service is I don’t know if they understand the issue or not. I had recharged for vouchers on *th march amount ****, couldn’t use a single ride due to covid struck. They emailed me stated once my office resumes they will extend the validity or they will refund my money, now my office started * days weekly, Sride refusing to extend the validity of my unused vouchers nor giving me a refund. I mean what is this? I do have proof of chain trail emails from them and now the customer service just refusing says its expired on **** they can’t refund I mean this is **** year still running just refund my hard earned money PLEASE.
