Sports pack has been activated without any request from SIM card holder. Amount ** has been deducted against the pack. I need refund for same. This is the second time it has been activated without any request from users end. This is really frustrating, please do the needful.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
