I had ordered food from NEW Mahesh friends food center, BTM Layout yesterday night, but the items received were stale and there was a weird smell in the chicken.
I contacted Swiggy customer service through chat support, but they were not at all helpful.
I could not consume the food and have just kept it as it is in the fridge for proof.
Please send someone to come and taste the food and check its quality.
Also, if I check this restaurant reviews on google, it is all negative, because they are delivering spoiled food.
Then how come Swiggy has a higher rating of *.* for this restaurant. Also, the restaurant place itself looks unclean and unhealthy.
How did Swiggy list such restaurants on its app without checking for the quality.
Please check this and ban this restaurant from Swiggy and also refund the amount that I have spent for this order.
I want to also make other people too should be aware of how Swiggy is fleecing the customers by listing such unclean restaurants and also making profits from such business.
Also, please send someone tomorrow to come and collect this stale food as not even dogs will eat this food.
