have raised multiple complaints to swiggy about an order which was received spoiled with proper picture however they didn't bother and in revert they mentioned that in compensation they have added a coupon and that will be visible at the time of apply any voucher, however nothing like that and when I revert to their email back they simply mentioned that they won't be able to help. I was shocked to se such reply from swiggy. Swiggy Care Vikram Chauhan (/profile/Swiggy-Care-Vikram-Chauhan) I am very disappointed with the response.
I took lot of follow up however no one helped
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
