I have ordered food through Swiggy on Nov **, ****. The delivery boy showed up with spilled food. I raised the concern on call at same time but they said due to system they can't do anything.
Try to speak to agent over the chat & they passed an email address to raised the issue which is already there.
I have sent an email but they sent me *** coupon which I responded I need my money back & they can take back there coupon.
Now nobody is responding.
Chat agent are disconnecting the chats.
No one is ready to help.
The delivery agent has spoke to the agent at the same night & they must have call recordings.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
