Dear Concern,

This is with reference to the notification received from SpiceJet today regarding rescheduling of my flight from New Delhi to Shirdi from existing **.**.**** to **.**.**** vide PNR I*D*GL. In this regard, I wish to inform you that as per my original travel plan itinerary, I had booked a return flight from SpiceJet for **.**.**** from Shirdi to Delhi via PNR Z**TJY. (Both the Boarding Passes are attached with mail for your reference).

Now, due to rescheduling of my departure flight from Delhi to Shirdi from existing **.**.**** to **.**.****, I will not be able to travel back to Delhi within half an hour of my arrival at Shirdi. Therefore, you are requested to reschedule my return flight from Shirdi to Delhi via PNR Z**TJY from **.**.**** (Saturday) to **.**.**** (Sunday) without any charges and confirm the same.

In wake of the above mail, you are requested to reschedule my return flight from Shirdi to Delhi as per the above mentioned details without any penalty and charges as the rescheduling has been done by SpiceJet not me. Further, I would also like to bring to your notice that I had paid Rs. ****/- towards hotel booking which also got wasted due to the rescheduling done on your part. You are requested to refund that amount too.

With folded hands, I request you that this is my religious trip and I am filled with all the emotions and feelings so kindly do not harass me any further.

I am not able to get in touch with your customer care executives from the past one hour as your phone lines are busy continuously.
