SPICEJET LIMITED - Spicejet employee scammed us

We reached the airport a little around *:** pm, for the flight from Ahmedabad to patna
Which was scheduled for *:** pm

Granted we were late for boarding, due to the marriage situation. The groom had a lot to pack with him.

The spicejet employee told us you can not board anymore.
Yet, thereafter suggested us to bring only cabin bags ane leave the rest of the luggage at the ahmedabad airport.

He demanded ***** as excess luggage fees in order foe us to bring our luggage with us in the flight.

After negotiations, he agreed to *****, our entire trip was ruined because of this. We suffered mental exhaustion, as we completed the boarding and security check, in merely **-** minutes.
We were escorted to the plane by the spicejet employee.

After all this, we received a SMS each that and I quote "Thank you for making payment of ****"

This amount adds up to ****, which is less than what we paid.
I have attached the screenshot of the said payment of *****, as well the screenshot of **** payment.
Also attaching the ticket wherein there is no mention of paying extra baggage if we couldn't board in time. Or even the standard rate for that extra baggage if there is one.

This employee in question however quoted random prices, he probably put the rest of the amount in his pockets.


I demand, the entire amount of ***** be returned. And compensate extra or either apologize to us for the misconduct and the inconvenience caused to us while travelling to such an important function of my friend's life. His marriage.
