I have booked a SpiceJet flight via the Goibibo application; due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to change my flight dates.
But the Spice team is charging me approx. Rs. **,*** for rescheduling, and even if I cancel my flight bookings, zero refund is showing on the Goibibo application.
I have requested the SpiceJet customer relations team for a waiver, but they denied any waiver in rescheduling or cancellation, and I called the customer service team as well, but no resolution has been received from them.
This is my hard-earned money, and I am losing it.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
