SPICEJET LIMITED - Flight booking for approx Rs was not confirmed due to server issues but money was transferred

I am a student of NIT Silchar, who had booked * flight tickets against flight number SG **** on **/**/** from Silchar to Guwahati for a sum of Rs. ***** via MakeMyTrip, due to the prevailing floods in Assam. However, upon making the payment, I didn't receive any form of confirmation of the tickets. However the entire sum of Rs. ***** was transferred from my account to SPICEJET LIMITED. I wrote an email to custrelations@spicejet.com explaining the situation along with proofs of transfer and transaction ID. They first reached out to me after * days and asked me to fill up a form on their portal with proper details and proofs. I did as they asked. There was no contact for * days(although they said they would contact me within * days). Then they wrote an email where they acknowledged the transfer of money and said that they had forwarded the process to the relevant department. They also asked for my patience. After * days, when there was still no response, I emailed them, stating to take the matter seriously and put the process on priority(** days have passed now). No response for * days. I again wrote them a similar email stating how I was displeased with their efforts, and that I would take legal action if they didn't contact me in * days' time. They responded the next day, with a one-line response, "We are still working on your concern, kindly give us some more time". So I did give them my time, * more days. Then I emailed them again, stating that it was an ultimatum and that if they didn't respond, I would take a serious course of action. Still no response for * days. Yesterday, I sent them my ultimatum, where I've mentioned the breakdown of my patience and the course of action. The first action I stated was to complain on Voxya. Therefore, here I am helpless in front of you, in hope of some help, so that I can get my hard-earned money back. I am open to assisting you in form possible.
