I've done web checkin and paid required amount through gpay...amout debited successfully but afterthat no confirmation mail received from spicejet.I dropped mail to customer care and still now they're sending one link to update amount details which is actually worthless and not working
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
