I had traveled by SpiceJet Bagdogra-Mumbai on *st January ****.
My suitcase was not even a year old and it was marked fragile and we had booked priority baggage too.
*. The suitcase came on the baggage belt much later than that of other passengers. Almost everyone had already got their baggage by the time we got ours. Waste of our money
*. The bigger problem, your handling staff managed to break my suitcase. It's handle has come off completely and the outer body is broken. THAT TOO WHEN THE SUITCASE WAS MARKED FRAGILE.
*. We approached a spicejet staff to help us at the airport. It took the employee an hour to log the complaint and then too it failed. I had to follow up to ensure it got logged the next day
*. I have recieved the most useless response from Spicejet which is completely irrelevant to the matter. Even the nodal office, appellate authority haven't replied.
Please attend to my complaint at the earliest. It has already been * weeks
