Spicejet - ticket refund

On **/**/***, I booked a ticket for a journey on **/**/**** from Chennai to Thoothukudi in Spicejet Flight SG**** with Ticket/PNR reference number PNR: BDSH*T for an amount of Rs. ****/- (copy of the ticket enclosed). I am writing to express my disappointment because even after i shown boarding pass and reached the gate ** minutes before the departure, they closed the gate and not allowed me to board the flight. Immediately i raised the issue to the airline nodal officer but he unfairly closed this issue stating that my ticket declared as "no show" and forfeited the ticket amount. Hence, to resolve this issue, I require your kind attention to take appropriate action on airline authorities to make refund of entire ticket amount and pay compensation for the inconvenience caused. I have made several attempts since **/**/**** till now to resolve this matter through email. But the issue remains unresolved. Therefore, I look forward to hearing from you to resolve this problem.
