I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received regarding my recent booking.
I had booked this ticket over a month ago
PNR: FEYVTG
Date of Travel: **th December ****
Unfortunately, my flight has been cancelled, and I am unable to rebook alternative flights using the provided link. Due to the changes made by your airline, I am now left with no alternative options that align with my original plans. Additionally, all other flights available on the same day are priced significantly higher.
To date, I have not received any details about alternative flight options, nor have I been offered any compensation for the mental distress and inconvenience caused. This situation has disrupted my plans completely, and I am at a loss as to how to proceed.
Furthermore, I have not been informed about the process for receiving a refund. Is this the level of service your airline provides to customers? This has been a highly frustrating experience, unlike any I have encountered before.
I request that this matter be escalated to higher management to ensure it is addressed appropriately. I expect a prompt resolution, including details on alternative flights, compensation for the inconvenience, and clarity on the refund process.
I trust you will handle this matter with urgency and provide a satisfactory resolution.
