I traveled via Spicejet Airlines on **th of Feb. My suitcase was completely broken at multiple places. On multiple exchange of mails with SpiceJet Customer Relations (custrelations@spicejet.com) I am unable to get my refund. They are offering me Rs **** which is too less for a US Polo suitcase. I have claimed Rs *,***. My complaint number is CCUSG*******D.
