I purchased internet service from hathway for **** for * months and for a plan which promises **mbps speed and from last *-* months i am facing speed issues i have placed complaint regarding the same in every possible way i have called customer service. send an email to the nodal officer but i havent receive any proper response and yet not the issue is not solved
