I have erroneously paid excess payment of rs *****.*.
Complaints lodged at different levels like, Appalet, Nodal Officer, billdesk, helpdesk & multiple calls on ****...& individuals in past ** days.
Dear Sir,
It was a rude shock to know that there are * payments within *-** min of yearly prescription ***** approx.
Your invoice too indicates -*****
There is excess payment to the tune of *****+
Message on Mobile -
Your Hathway Broadband A/c No: ********** bill for **-JUN-** is Rs.-*****.*. Invoice has been sent on shriranglimaye@gmail.com. Click to View http://tinyurl.com/yczuswx*
Relevant part of Bank Credit Statement. All transactions happened on **th night or **th morning.

Immediately I contacted Kotak bank credit card department where they communicated that Hathway has claimed all amounts the very next morning,
Subsequently I contacted Hathway ****..... requesting immediate refund of the excess amount to my credit card account. This request was forwarded by customercare to accounts.
My earlier emails bombed Hathway ****,,,,which keeps giving false promises that the case is under consideration. We have escalated the matter & someone will call up Which never happened.
The Basic query is how the system accepts multiple payments for the same account ?
Even if the system accepts the accounts shall have courtesy to refund it at once.
However regret to note that no action seems initiated at your end. I am under stress that I have undergone heart blockade surgery & need immediate funds to cope up with expenses. Kindly Acknowledge this mail & expect you will credit the excess amount to my CC account immediately.
Await your action immediately.
Hope you understand the seriousness of the situation and will do the needful urgently.
