FACING CONSTANT SPEED ISSUES WITH HATHWAY BROADBAND. PLAN IS FOR ** MBPS DOWNLOAD SPEED AND ** MBPS UPLOAD SPEED. BUT THE CURRENT SPEEDS ARE ** MBPS AND *.** MBPS RESPECTIVELY. ALSO THERE ARE FREQUENT PACKET LOSSES AS WELL. CALL APP AND TWITTER TEAMS UNABLE TO PROVIDE A RESOLUTION. REQUESTING HATHWAY BROADBAND TO PRIORTIZE AND SOLVE THE ISSUE ASAP.
