I took a * month contract for BB Internet for a ** Mbps with Hathway more than a month back. Initially they supplied me with a modem-cum-router where the signal was extremely poor and there was no signal at distances less than *-* mtrs.
After repeated complaints a technician attended and installed an additional router, but despite this the average download speed never exceeds ** Mbps, and is generally around *-* Mbps. In addition the signal is very unstable and tends to disconnect at least a dozen times a day for periods varying from a few minutes to over an hour.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
