Hathway Broadband Mumbai - Poor Internet service and Poor customer service

We are reaching out to you in the hope that our issue would be resolved or we come up with resolution. We have been reaching out to every contact provided in this organization that includes the Nodal Officer as well. Yet we are facing issues at with our connectivity. We are paying for yearly subscriptions in advance and this is how we are getting treated. How do they expect us to stay home and work.
First and most as you aware of the situation around, a lot of employees are being laid off due to this pandemic and companies are expecting results in these unusual circumstances as well.
With internet connectivity so poor, how do they expect us to deliver the performance and ensure our credentials with our company. Is it fair that now we are receiving warning memos from our managers for not giving our best, reason being that we don't have good internet connectivity and cannot complete our job on time.

We are paying for **mbps yearly subscription and what we are receiving *.*mbps from your end. We also paid for a new router which is the same model as the existing one. The technician came with this router without any company box stating this is new router. When asked where is the box and it is the same model to what we have connected. The answer was that this is upgraded and this is what I have been told to do, he charged us Rs****/-. After connected the router we were still receiving poor connectivity. When we asked the technician, he bluntly mentioned that another technician will come to check this issue as he is only installing. Didnt understand as to why would a technician come to install the new router and not check its connectivity. He was rude and abruptly stated please call customer service he does not anything and left.

The Nodal Officer Mr. Rajpure was emailed and he is just stating that the concern team has been advised to investigate. Never understood what is there to investigate? There is no follow up calls from their office. The numbers provided are not answerable. Message are only being read and then an automated message appears stating we regret the inconvenience, but how are we solving it is the question. Complaints are being closed without even attending on them.
We also managed to contact Mr. Sonawane ,the Appellate Authority – Maharashtra for Hathway Broadband. Same reply we are investigating.
This is taking a toll on myself and my wife as we are middle class employees and my wife is on a verge of loosing her job due to low performance.
We sincerely need assistance urgently to resolve this matter or refund our entire subscription.
If we we loose our jobs for this reason of low performance, we would like to hold Hathway Broadband responsible for the same.
