Excitel Fibre - Speed and frequent disconnection

Ravi Ranjan filed complaint against Excitel Fibre on Jan 23, 2021

I took connection from excitel fiber on **th of Dec **** with the *** Mbps plan at that time total I paid **** for installation and modem plus *** for * month plan. My connection started on **th Dec and at that time the speed is ** Mbps and it always varies but never touches ** Mbps I made *st complaint on **st Dec ****, they change the ONU after * days for next few days the speed is up to mark but again the same scenario started after *th JAN **** and till dated the issue is not resolved even though I make the payment of INR **** with WFH plan and their customer support executive themselves put the complaints to resolved. This time I am going to file a complaint in consumer court against LCO and excitel regarding fraud.

They didn't value their customer. Please avoid these fraud company it's far better to recharge your mobile data connection for daily use work. Please avoid to spend you hard earned money on such basterd's.
