Excitel Fibre - Not changing the default ONU

I am so sick and tired with their so poor services, where most of the time there is no proper internet and or the connection keeps fluctuating.

Now the main concern is that I had raised a complaint regarding the faulty onu router asking them to change on ** Jan'**, where they closed the ticket stating that they were not able to contact me and since then every time I reopen the ticket and they close it stating that the problem is resolved, where they have not yet changed the faulty router and now the last time I had reopened the ticked it has been ** days and no update and the device not changed yet.

Whenever I called they tell me that it has been forwarded to the ground team and nobody helps at all.

The device has speed issues, the ssid at times just vanished, the lan port does not work at times and excitel is not doing anything about it.

I have paid one year's money to them and a security deposit as well for the onu and all complaint falls on deaf years.
