I had booked an air ticket for my parents in Spicejet SG **** for ** May **** from delhi to pune. My parents are senior citizens. We got a message in morning that due to operational issues flight is delayed by * hours. Flight scheduled departure was **:** and now it will be departing on **:**. My parents reported to the airport * hours before the travel time and after security clearance they again get a message that flight is again delayed and expected departure will be **:**. We have not paid **,*** for this kind of service. This is pathetic service from spicejet even after delay of * hours they are not in a position to confirm the exact departure time. I had booked this ticket so my parents can reach pune by around **: ** however now they will reach in late night. This needs to be looked urgently.
