I was using prestige water purifier.But its tap got damaged. I visited my nearest prestige shop and service center at pala for a new tap.The tap cost is only rs ** and they are asking me to pay rs *** for tap.They need rs *** as service charge for rs ** tap,otherwise they will not give tap.Already they have spare taps.I compliant about this issue to prestige coustomer care executives. But they are also asking me to pay rs*** for a ** rs tap.Actual photograph of the spare tap taken at pala service center is also attached with this mail.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
