I am again writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the service I have received from Prestige, despite its esteemed brand reputation. On March **th, I raised a complaint regarding my malfunctioning induction cooker. Despite numerous follow-ups, the engineer who visited my premises attempted to install old components, prompting me to request new ones. Regrettably, I was informed that the required parts were not available and would be delayed.
It has been several days since this assurance, and I am yet to receive any update or resolution. I am attaching a photo of the old plate that was being fitted into my induction cooker for your reference.
As a globally recognized brand, I expect Prestige to uphold its standards not only in product quality but also in after-sales service. It is disheartening to experience such a lack of responsibility and accountability in addressing customer grievances.
I urge you to provide an immediate update on the status of my pending service request and ensure prompt resolution. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
