TTK Prestige - Poor Service and Customer handling after sales service

Tawa *** bought on ** March not working on Induction. Reported this issue in May and there is no proper solution given so far. And the rest of representatives handled this are not giving proper update and they are seem to be dragging the replacement which we were suggested and we paid additional amounts for the same. Still they are saying week on week they need extra time. Need to escalate to the next higher level otherwise I end up reporting to consumer forum
