Myntra - Someone hacked my myntra account and used 9900 gift voucher credit

Someone hacked my myntra account and changed mobile number, email, password on **th aug **** after * hrs i noticed it when i checked mails and immediately i lodged complain with myntra customer support team to block prepaid order from that account until they solve my problem to recover my id but they always said we will not let order happen but on ** aug * pm hacker placed order using whole credit of **** to Ahmedabad address then again i called cc but again they said they can't cancel from their end. I called them more tha ** times to stop orders being delivered but they did nothing even i sent my aadhar to them *-* days before delivery of products . Still my complaint is pending even they don't give any importance to twitter complaint whom have less followers. I lost **** rs I Have all call recordings and complain proof now i want to lodge case against myntra please help me.
