I ordered a pair of shoes for the *st time from Adidas website ( Order Number: AIN********) on **th Feb. It got delivered on time but the size is not fitting, although I measured it myself, converted into UK number(which they wanted) and ordered it...The website is not allowing to place the return order(shows an error and suggests to contact the call centre..call centre said wait for *-* business days(same reply when sent a mail). After * business days, they said wait for * more days...after * days, again wait for * days ...call centre waiting time is atleast ** minutes. So much time time and energy has been wasted over the last * days or so
I've already placed the order for a higher size pair for the same model, as suggested by the call centre executive, which got delivered but now stuck with the smaller size pair of shoe
