Firebollt smart watch - Slow delivery of replacement item

Esteemed Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a matter concerning a smartwatch I purchased from Flipkart on March **, ****. The watch, a Fire-Boltt model, ceased functioning on June **, ****. In accordance with the warranty policy, I promptly initiated a replacement request. This process involved a paid pickup service, costing me ***/-, which was conducted on July **, ****. The product was received by Fire-Boltt on August *, ****, as confirmed by their communication. I have yet to receive the replacement product, and it has been seventeen days since the item was received.
I would be grateful if you could provide your support in resolving this issue and escalate it with the utmost urgency.
