I ordered a Android watch clickk from firebollt website on * oct worth **** when it came it was not starting so I requested a replacement, sended many emails, dm them on instagram, called there customer service but for almost ** days there was no response I was so worried about my money and when they responded I said that give me refund because the purpose I needed it had ended. It took them another week for doing everything. Then they were not agreeing to the refund /return and sended an replaced watch I used it for a day and now it is not working nor getting charged again
This company I a fraud there cs is so bad and many people are suffering from same issues like I am
Please help me get my money back
