I filed for replacement as my smart watch was in warranty period in August. The pickup was done timely but after a month I was delivered an used defective watch.Then I again filed for replacement. In October pickup was done and confirmation for pickup also received.Till then it's * months nowz,I has written several mails but no watch is received.They repliedtill ** days before ,nowno reply is coming.
