Slice pay - Slice pay is not deleting my account

I had sign up for slice pa, but when I requested them to delete my account they just replay back that we will reach but never reached back. Once they did reach back saying that have some transaction left in my account, but infact there was none. I even send them the screenshot of same but ever since they didn't reply back at all.
