Slice pay - Card account are not being closed permanently by slice

I am Santosh Prajapati. I want to close my slice card permanently and for this i requested for permanently closing of slice card through customer care number ********** and ********** several times and they assured me of closing my slice account permanently within ** days and gave me token request id-******. And I also request through my registered mail id to slice customer service mail id help@sliceit.com on date **.**.**** and also several times. But after passing * months of making many requests through calls and mails for closing account, but i haven't got NOC for closing my slice card account permanently.
So I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me to get closed my slice card account permanently and Help me to provide NOC.
