Slice pay - Amount not credited in my bank account

I withdraw rs.**** from my slice mini account on ** jan ****. The amount debited from my slice mini account but not yet credited in my bank account. i also shared * times my bank statment (period ** jan to *nd fab ) for verification but they replied as per our system information amount already credited to your bank we are only able to esclate this to our team. when i ask UTR details if payment already transfer by slice then they replied we unable to share this details because this was not as per our policy. i take continually followup but no positive reply received from her side. approx ** days expired but i didn't get my amount yet. i also post comment in Social media then i found in reply many other user also face the same problem. Please help me to getting my amount.
