I ordered a Justanned leather jacket from Myntra on **.**.**, Order ID # ******* ************** from a seller GAURI LEATHERS (P) LTD
Plot No-* *nd Floor, Sector-* IMT Manesar,
Gurugram, Haryana-******. I received it on **.**.** and the size wasn't ok, so I raised a request for return of the product on the very next day, i.e., **.**.**. The pick up guy declined to pick up the product stating that the product's brand doesn't matches with the pick up details. I then checked online that Justanned also sells its product in name of Guy Laroche brand.
I raised a fresh return request stating that the brand is different and attached two photos for reference. The Myntra team declined the return request stating that the product delivered is correct.
I raised another fresh return request that I don't want the product as I don't feel good in it. But still they declined the request.
My concern is I initially raised a request on the basis of sizing issues. But what can I do if the product's brand is different from what I ordered, although it is from the same company, and also Myntra team is confirming that the product delivered is correct, then they should accept my return request.
