Tata Cliq luxury - Siphoned Off Money
N DASH filed complaint against Tata Cliq luxury on Dec 1, 2021
I’ve purchased a Diesel merchandise and returned it immediately as it had figment issue. The refund has been done to the wallet. But when I checked last week the money was not there and now they are making excuse that it is expired. How a refund amount would expire? Is this logical? Is Tata like brand earning money by siphoning from customer account? This is a very dishonest gesture from brand like Tata. Kind request to resolve and revert the money ASAP
