My Complaints:
I did the Rent payment of Rs ***** with ICICI bank credit card, with *** discount on processing fee, my total amount is Rs-*****, NoBroker is asking for my Rental agreement after I made the payment (why such a scrap policy). So I opted for a refund and NoBroker simply reduced Rs-*** (what about my discount here) I really am not able to understand what your transaction is? they should refund the entire amount.
If you need a Rental agreement first validate the Owner and if you need a Rental agreement and take the Rental agreement and then allow us to make the payment. Why you are allowing the payment and then asking for Rental agreement, this is clearing a fraud kind of thing from NoBroker (in other words Cheating with customer)
PayTM, Cred, PhonePe, etc are the best of excellent, for this kind of service, they never cheat customers.
I need my enter amount of Rs***** should be refunded or I will file a case in consumer court
