Simpli Learn - Simplilearn Simplilearn Course Cancellation EMI Cancellation of Propelled

Hello Team,

I am writing a formal complaint against Simplilearn for Course cancellation and EMI cancellation of Propelled. I enroll in Full Stack Java developer Course in *th September, ****. I opt out this course with student loan partner name Propelled. My first Lecture was on **th September, ****. As per their terms any individual has to cancel within * Days after payment but my first lecture after * days how can I cancel my course.

Reason for unenrollment is I am unable to understand any topic till today by going through your live classes and self-learning videos as your training and contents is very poor and you are not interacting with candidate through effective mode. I am not getting proper training and knowledge by your side due to lack of interactions and poor training modules and poor e-contents. Apart from this Video quality is really poor and sometime there is lagging between video and sound.

One of councilor calling from simplilearn that everything is fine and all that. So I told him that I forgot to attend two lecture due to some personal work. He told me that generate ticket that you were online at the time of lecture but there is bug in software. Ticket was resolved on same day within *-* hours. But same thing is not apply to refund policy.

I have been asking for refund from last * months but no one is looking into the matter. I only attend **% (with ticket raised) of course out of ***%. I paid **,***/- Till today in installment form + *,***/- in the form of downpayment which equals to *****/- Rs. I want to stop or cancel this course as well as EMI for the course. I request to help me in this delicate matter.
