I signed up for Simplilearn's 'Data Science' job guarantee course. After two weeks, I approached their sales manager to cancel due to poor education quality. Despite my request, they insisted I continue, promising a job after three months. I continued the course, paying the EMIs. Four months later, I tried to cancel again, but they refused and won't refund. Propelld loan team is pressuring me to pay EMIs, while Simplilearn keeps citing their policies.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
