I have enrolled in the PMP certification training in Feb** and completed the course online, but I have not registered for PMP exam. After repeated follow-ups from my Simplilearn account manager, I paid the fee for PMP exam voucher on **st Jan**. The course cost paid and exam payment proposal provided by the Simplilearn are as follows:

Course Fee :INR ***** (Including GST)
Live-Class: * days (* hrs/day) instructor-led online training class
Simplilearn's Materials: Life-time
PMP Exam voucher: INR **,***.** (Including GST) [Package includes PMP exam voucher and ** PDU’s, with a validity period of * year after paying the exam fees to PMI. According to account manager Siddarudha B, Simplilearn has not specified any validity period. The ** PDU’s can be used to extend PMP certification after three years].
After completing the required online learning and self-study modules, candidates must pass two tests for certification. With this certification, they can apply for PMP application process and after applying, exam vouchers should be available.
I attended online lectures and submitted my PMI application in Nov**. Subsequently, I raised a service ticket and emailed the grievance team regarding the exam voucher. However both the customer care and the grievance team asked me to make another payment to receive exam voucher and directed me to contact account manager for Mr. Siddarudha for any concerns.
I paid well in advance for exam voucher on **st Jan** and requested PMP exam voucher in Nov**. Despite multiple attempts to escalate my concerns to senior personnel were unsuccessful and the account manager rarely responds to calls or messages.
I request your kind intervention and help to resolve this issue.
