I have gave my handset to oneassist for repair along with sim tray.
I also wrote on the clip about sim tray that it was not working.
My hanset was delivered but my sim tray didnt get.
I have complaint about this to insurance company
They told me by *days you will get your sim tray
But its already ** days over still now i didnt receive sim tary
When i am calling they were saying wait for ** hrs.....
* times they said wait ** hrs you will be delivered your sim tray. But nothing i didnt getting
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
