My Airtel number suddenly lost the network and stopped working without any prior notice. I contacted the Airtel customer care executive. But there, to my surprise, my SIM does not have any record or data. Airtel Store too does not show any data for my SIM. Airtel is saying that they do not have my number with them and does not exist. This number can also be issued to someone else who can use that number to get all of my accounts and banking details. This can cause me a lot of damage.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
