Mahesh D N filed complaint against VODAFONEIDEA PVT LTD on May 6, 2021
Recently i been ported from airtel to vodafoneidea.
Airtel has blocked due to payment pending of Rs ** and didn't inform before blocking.
After clearing the payment also been waited more than ** hrs ..they have not activated the number.
* days working has been huge loss for me from this.
I have been called n number of times..they are not responding properly and not activating the number.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
