Applied Charges are invalid .. As per the bills I have checked two calls made as per your history at **:**:** and second call was made on **:**:** and both calls are recorded as **minutes calls in bill so as per the attached screenshot kindly check the difference between the timings also there is mismatch of calls between dial from phone and bill as there mismatch in timing like **:**:** & **:**:** it's not showing in our dialed history which attached.
