Vodafone Idea - Sim card not delivered

Ordered a sim card online, it was supposed to be delivered in ** hours, but not delivered yet. Called customer care for three consecutive days and being told by them that the delivery team will call but no one calls. Pathetic service. I switched from Jio and worst experience.
