Product ordered on **th oct for Diwali
Promise date was on or before **th Oct
After **th oct no update on despatch details and shipment status no movement.
Called customer service multiple times . They told product will be delivered on or before **th oct. When I did not see any update on **rd I requested for cancellation and they denied and said kindly wait. I waited till **th oct but no update . Then on **th oct I raised complaint and requested again for cancellation but they did not allowed … continuously following up from **th oct and they are only extending the complaint resolution time and not accepting cancellation and not assuring any product delivery … very unprofessional team

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
