planet spark - Siblings account not enabled despite making the promises by the planet spark counselling team

Hi,
I had enrolled my son to planet spark only on account that siblings account will be free. They had a session with me and made assurances that they have a siblings policy which ensures enabling account for the sibling upon payment for the first child. Despite calling them multiple times to enable account for the sibling they are not responding. They even made a verification call for the sibling to enable the account but nothing has happened so far. Please help me in getting refund or i need account for my daughter as well to be enabled.
